We do SEO and content for brands that want organic to become a real channel, not a line item that never reports a conversion. The team runs technical SEO, content production, local SEO for brands with physical footprints, and the kind of link building that does not get you sanctioned.
If your current SEO agency sends you rank reports for keywords nobody searches, this page is for you.
SEO is not one thing. It is four things done in the right order. We run all four.
Crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, schema markup, XML sitemaps, canonical logic, hreflang for multi-region sites, and the mid-migration rescue work that most agencies avoid. We audit your site against 200+ technical checkpoints and fix what matters.
Keyword research that starts with buyer intent and revenue potential, not search volume. Content briefs written against the top-ranking pages in your vertical. Production by humans who actually know your industry, edited by an SEO lead before it ships.
Editorial placements, digital PR, and strategic partnerships with publishers and niche sites that move rankings. No PBNs, no link farms, no marketplace gigs. If we cannot get a link we would be comfortable explaining to your legal team, we do not buy it.
Google Business Profile optimisation, local citations, review strategy, and the local schema that actually helps you rank in map packs. If you have multiple locations across cities or countries, we handle multi-location setup and consistency.
Most SEO agencies do one of three things badly.
First, they sell keyword packages. "100 keywords for $X per month." This is 2014 thinking. It ignores intent, ignores the current Google algorithm, and produces content nobody reads.
Second, they treat AI search as irrelevant. A real slice of buyer research now happens inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Content that is not structured for citation by these systems loses reach silently.
Third, they ignore local and brand signals. Your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your NAP consistency across directories, and the entity signals Google uses to understand who you are matter more in local and branded search than most agencies realise.
We do the opposite. We start with intent and revenue, we structure content for both traditional search and AI answer engines, and we treat local and brand signals as first-class ranking factors, not an afterthought.
A standard SEO engagement with Big AL Consulting covers the following.
Client name withheld under NDA. Numbers pulled from GSC, GA4, and the client's HubSpot instance.
The client sold a workflow SaaS product to enterprise buyers across North America and Europe. The website ranked for their brand name and three long-tail terms, nothing else. Organic traffic was about 1,400 sessions per month. The founder had tried two SEO agencies in 18 months and got nothing usable. Sales was still 90 percent outbound.
The first month was diagnosis. We found the site had no schema, inconsistent canonical logic, and a content library built around feature pages instead of buyer-intent topics. We also found that the top of the funnel for this category had 14 high-intent commercial queries nobody was ranking for in depth.
We rebuilt the technical foundation in the first six weeks. Schema across all pages, canonical fixes, internal link architecture, XML sitemap cleanup. We then launched a content programme targeting those 14 commercial queries plus 22 supporting informational queries, roughly six pages per month. The buyer persona was C-level and mid-market IT leadership who defaulted to English for technical research, so we concentrated production in English.
We also built out the comparison and alternatives page pattern, targeting "Competitor X alternatives" for the three main competitors in their category.
The client now runs a dedicated content team in-house and we work on a lighter retainer covering strategy and technical SEO only.
The SEO process at Big AL Consulting is built around six-month cycles because that is how long it takes to see whether a strategy is actually working.
Full technical audit, keyword and content strategy, competitor analysis, measurement setup. You approve the plan before any production starts.
Technical fixes ship. Content production ramps. Google Business Profile is optimised. Schema goes live. You start seeing indexation improvements in GSC.
Rankings start to move on commercial queries. Organic traffic climbs. First conversions from SEO start appearing in your CRM. Link acquisition accelerates.
We pull apart the first six months in front of you with your data on screen. We decide together whether to continue, expand, or pivot. Most clients expand.
First meaningful movement shows up between months three and five for most verticals. By month six, you should be able to draw a straight line from organic traffic to pipeline or revenue. Anyone promising results in 30 days is selling you a report, not results.
Yes. We brief content so it can be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and other answer engines. That means clear factual claims, defensible sources, structured schema, and the kind of author attribution these systems look for. It also means the same page still ranks in traditional search, because both systems reward the same underlying signals.
We manage one parent profile and individual location profiles under a Business Profile Manager account. For clients with locations across multiple cities or countries, we handle duplicate suppression, citation consistency across major directories, and location-specific review and post strategy.
We implement the schema that actually moves rankings for your vertical. For local businesses, that is typically Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Review, and FAQ. For e-commerce, Product, AggregateRating, and BreadcrumbList. For content sites, Article, Author, and FAQ. All schema is implemented as JSON-LD and validated in Google's Rich Results Test before it ships.
Yes. We offer a standalone SEO audit for $1,800. You get a written document covering every technical finding, every content gap, and every prioritised recommendation. If you then engage us on a retainer within 30 days, the audit fee is credited against your first month.
