Case study - Aesthetic clinic in North America

The situation

The clinic was spending around $16k per month across Google Ads and Meta through a previous agency. They were getting leads, but the booking team said most were unqualified, the cost per booked consultation was hovering around $114, and the owner could not tell which channel was actually paying for itself. The reports looked busy, the clinic's calendar did not.

What we did

First week, we audited the account and found three issues. Conversion tracking was counting form submissions but not actual booked consultations. The campaign structure had broad match on generic terms like "botox near me" and "filler clinic", eating 40 percent of the budget on unqualified clicks. The Meta account had the same three creatives running for seven months with creative fatigue visible in the frequency numbers.

We rebuilt tracking to pass booked consultations from the clinic's CRM back into Google Ads and Meta via the Conversions API and enhanced conversions. We restructured Google Ads around treatment-specific campaigns with tight match types and negative keyword lists. On Meta, we produced 14 new creatives in the first month with a testing framework that retired underperformers weekly.

How do you handle conversion tracking under current privacy rules?

We assume third-party cookies are unreliable and build on first-party data instead. That means server-side Google Tag Manager, Meta Conversions API with deduplication against the pixel, enhanced conversions for Google Ads, and offline conversion imports from your CRM for anything that closes outside the browser. Every event is documented so your analyst can audit it.

Can you set up Meta Business Manager from scratch?

Yes. We handle full Meta Business Manager setup including business verification, pixel installation, Conversions API via Stape or server-side GTM, catalogue setup for e-commerce, and domain verification. Average turnaround is five business days.

Do you handle industry compliance inside ad platforms?

We know what you can and cannot say in Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn for regulated categories like healthcare, legal, and financial services. We do not write your legal or compliance copy for you, but we brief your team on the platform rules and review every ad against them before it ships.

How quickly can you launch?

Standard onboarding is two to three weeks from contract signature to first campaign live. Rush onboarding in seven to ten days is possible for Scale tier clients at a higher onboarding fee.

What if I am already spending on Google Ads and want a second opinion?
